ポイントは２つです。
(1)推奨を批判的に吟味するためのユーザーズガイド：
●Were all the relevant outcomes important to patients explicitly considered?
●Was the recommendation based on the best current evidence?
●Is the strength of the recommendation appropriate?
●Is the recommendation clear, actionable, and does it provide the necessary information?
●Does the recommendation provide the necessary additional information?

(2)GRADEを使ったとする最小限の基準にしたがって作成された推奨は、信頼できる診療ガイドラインの最も重要な基準をおそらく満たしているだろう。
この”GRADEを使ったとする最小限の基準”を使って国内のGRADE診療ガイドラインの一部を評価したものが、
GRADEを利用した国内の診療ガイドラインです。
国内には信頼できる診療ガイドラインが非常に少なく、その理由の一つはGuideline methodologistが参加していないことでしょう。
