国内でも多用されているCEBM(Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine)のエビデンスレベルについて、新しい分類表が今年の6月から公開されています。
臨床疑問のタイプ別に各ステップ（レベル）を評価し（アウトカムを中心としてエビデンスレベルを評価）、エビデンスのレベルはGRADEアプローチのように、等級アップやダウンとなりえる、ということです。
システマティックレビュー、HTA、ガイドラインの作成者や利用者は、ますます、GRADEシステムのDown/Up-grading factorsの理解が必要となります。
Care is needed to recognise that `quality of evidence` is not necessarily synonymous with `strength of recommendation`, and vice versa. Judgement is necessary. Only studies seeking outcomes relevant to patients` needs should be used.
