[GRADE-CPG解説資料-27]
GRADEのエビデンステーブルには、エビデンスプロファイルの他にSoFテーブルがあります（両者の違いはGRADE2版の表4.4-23を参照してください）。
いずれも、GRADEpro/GDTを使って簡単に作成することができます。
GRADE working groupは、（その基本はまったく変わっていませんが）GRADEアプローチを常にわかりやすいものにするための改変を繰り返しています。そのひとつが、新しい様式のSoFテーブルです。
現在の様式と新しい様式の違いが以下です（JCE GRADEシリーズ 2016）。

* The ‘‘what happens’’ column aims to summarize both the treatment effect and the quality of the evidence on one short narrative statement.
コクランとGRADEのチームが、SoFテーブルに表示されるGRADE関連データの理解性、利用可能性、満足性、好みなどについて、現在の様式と新しい様式で差があるかどうかのランダム化試験（非劣性試験）を2015年に実施したところ、新しい様式のほうが全体的な理解性（リスク差の決定やエビデンスの質・治療効果の理解）や好みにおいて有意にすぐれていたという結果でした。
そして、このランダム化試験の結果を受けて、GRADEpro GDTを使って、現在の標準的なSoFテーブル（V2）と以前のSoFテーブル（V1）の他に、新しい様式のSoF（V3）の作成が可能となりました。
Triple-Xに関するSoFテーブルの比較は以下です。
●以前の様式（SoFテーブル-V1）
●現在の様式（SoFテーブル-V2）
●新しい様式（SoFテーブル-V3）

現時点では、広義のSoFテーブルの様式としては、上記の3種類の他に、interactive SoF (iSoF) があります。iSoFについては次回解説しますが、当然のことながら他のSoFテーブルと異なり、iSoFテーブルのエキスポートはできません。 SoFテーブルのいずれの様式を利用するかは、SRやCPGを作成するチームの判断次第ですが、エビデンスプロファイルと異なり、各群の参加者数は分かりません。 |
