McMaster大学のチームは、2004年からコクランレビューで使われているSoFテーブルについて、新しい様式のSoFの非劣性RCTを実施した。
結果として、(1)リスク差の理解、(2)エビデンスの質と治療効果の理解において、新様式SoFが優れていた。他の5項目については、差がなかった。
